3. Brief facts in W.P. No.13374 of 2025 are as under:

3.1. Petitioner claims to be lawful owner and possessor of housc bearing Municipat No.7-54 (PTIN No.131200807), situated at Telangana Colony, Atlinagar, Gaddapotaram Sanga Reddy District. 'Ihat originatly, the tand in Survey No'27 of Allingar Village is Govemment tand- Petitioner and others have. been in possession of plots admeasuring about 60-80 square yards betonging to Government for the past more than two (2) decades' Petitioner and others also consttucted small houses in the above land and had been living there' In the year 2010, the 2 o Gaddapotar: rn Gram Panchayat has been upgrrrdcd to Municipalitl . The Gram Panchayat has rccommer ded for allotmenl of housc sites/assignment pattas to petitioner ard others vide Lr.r,\o.Crl)GPl20l0, by enclosing the list of eligible ca rdidates.

3.2 I: is submitted that the then Govemment o1 Andhra Pradesh pro'nised to allot assignmenl/house site patta ; to the petitioner arrl others. Accordingly, petitioner and oth,:rs have constructod I ouscs under Indiramma Housing Schemc by c btaining pennission f 'om the then Gaddapotaram Gram panchay il. The Gaddapotararr Grarn Panchayat assessed the subject pro Defty to propert), tax and petitioner has also applied for regularizltion of plots under (i.O. Ms.No.58 and 59, Revenue (Assn.I , dated 30.12.2011.
