I 1.1997 by mutating the petitioner name in online revenue records by issuing the pattadar passbooks and title deeds in favour o[ the petitioner in connection with the petitioner agrl lands situated in Sy No. 47 to an extent of Ac. 0.20 gts and Sy No.9 to an extent of Ac.6.0O gts situated at Kistampalli Village, Amarachintha Mandalam, Wanaparthy District is illegal, arbitrary and against to the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14. 19. 21 and.300-A of Constitution of India- al|d c.onsequently Direct the respondents to regularize the sadabainama dated O4.11.1997 by mutating the petitioner name in online revenue records by issuing the PPBs and TTDs by considering the representation dated 04.1.2025 of the petitioner in the interest ofjustice and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is stated that the petitioner is the absolute owner arrd possessor of agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Acs. 0.2O guntas in Survey No.47 and Acs. 6.00 guntas in Survey No.9, situated at Kistampalli Village, Amarachintha Mandalam, Wanaparthy District (for short, the subject propertyJ, having purchased by the same from Sri Bada Hanumanthu through Sada Bainama dated 04.11.1997. It is further stated that the originat owner Sri Bada Hanumanthu died, due to which the petitioner could not reguJarrze the subject property. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has submitted representations dated 26.06.2024 and
04.O1 .2025 to the 4fr respondent seeking to regularize the Sada Bainama 2 CVBR, J W.P.No.14045 of 2025 dated 04.11.7997, but the 4ft respondent-Tahsildar has not passed any orders on the said representalions. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. Considered the submissions made 6y the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The lcarned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short, ,the Act 9 of 2O2O,) has been repealed and replaced with relangana Bhu Bharati fRecord of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short, 'the Act I of 2O2S) and if the petitioner submits online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati web Portal and if the same fulfills all the requirements of the Act I of 2o2s and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent authorities will consider the same, in accordance nith law.

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to make appropriate online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati web Portal, seeking regularization of Sada Baianama dated O4. 1 | .lgg7 , mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of subject property. In the event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fullills all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, 3 CVBR, J w.P.No.l4045 of 2O25 the respondent authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioner. In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fulfill the requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 and the RJies made thereunder, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application.
6. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// SD/- P.
