Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are seeking admission of membership into respondent No.4 society in W.P.No.2O102 of 2022 (Petitioner in W.P.No.35792 of 2O2ll on the basis of a skill test which was conducted on 18.O1.2021 and communicated to the petitioners on 03.72.2021 and the stand of the society in W'P'No'35792 of 2O2l was that the skili test has to be ccinducted in the presence of the Three Man Committee which should include the President of the Society as per the G.O.Ms.No.74, dated 21' 1O'2O 1 1' I I

3. Learned counsel for the respondents have filed their respective counter affidavits and according to the learned government pleader for fisheries, the skill test has been .) conducted in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.74, dated 2l.t0.20l 1.

4. In view of the above and since it is submitted that the skill test has not been conducted in respect of the eligible persons who have made applications for the same, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondents to conduct a skill test afresh to all the eligible candidates who made applications, strictly by following the rules and guidelines issued under G.O.Ms.No.74, dated 2l.l}.2}ll which includes, that the skill test has to be conducted in the presence of the President of the societ5r. The skill test shalr be conducted within a period of fwo (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of There shall be no order as to costs.
