Heard Sri Anuganti praneeth, learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government pleader for Social werfare for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 a,d 5; and learned Government preader for Revenue for respondent No.4. 4, Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 belongs to BC-D community (yadav) and hails from Gudurupadu village, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam, whereas petitioner No.2 belongs to Scheduled Caste communit5r 2 PK,J wp 13547 2025 and hails from Somarampet Village, Ellanthakunta Mandal, Raj anna Sircilla District. It is further submitted that petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 got married on 16.03.2024 and pursuant to their marriage, the petitioners submitted application, dated 18.07.2024, for the incentive benefits available under the Inter Caste Marriage Scheme provided uide G.O.Ms.No.12, dated 3l.lO.2Ol9, and consequently, the ofhcials of respondent No.3's ofhce visited the residence of petitioner No.2 in December, 2O24, conducted enquiry and submitted a report to the competent authorities lor necessary action. However, the respondents have not taken any action so far. Therefore, the petitioners have made representation to respondent No.4 on 17 .O4.2O25 and also to the District Schedule Castes Development Ofhcer, Rajanna Sircilla District, on the very same day, requesting for release of incentives under thc Inter Caste Marriage Scheme, as per the guidelines laid down in a G.O.Ms.No.12, dated 31.1O.2019 and the same are pending consideration. Hence, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No.4 to consider the representation, dated 77.O4.2025, and release the incentive benefits to the petitioners, within a stipulated period of time.

Learned Government Pleader for the rcspondents, on instructions, submits that the application submitted by the \ 3 w p_L3547 -2025 petitioners are at serial No.114 and after sanction of 99 applications, the petitioners' application shall come for sanction of incentive award. Moreover, as and when sufficient budget is released from the Commissioner (SCDD), Hyderabad, the request of the petitioners will be considered.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 17 .O4.2O25, submitted by the petitioners and release incentive benefits to the petitioners under the Inter Caste Marriage Scheme, as per the guidelines laid down in G.O.Ms.No.12, dated

31.10.2O 19, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petilions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
