Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No'S in not entertaining the Registration of plot of the petitioner to an extent of 2OO Sq.yards in Plot No.127, in Survey Nos' 14, 15 and 16, which is situated at Ward No'3, Block No'7, Janapriya Enclave, Thummabowli Village, Saroornagar Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation within the limits of L.B.Nagar Circle and non-initiating to do the registration process of the plot of the petitioner, the petitioner hled the present writ petition.

In vievr of the above made submissions coupled with the prouisi,rrr under Section 71 of the Act, t90l3, this writ i SK, J wP_t3629_2025 petition is disposed of directing the Registering Authority to receive, register and release the subject document, subject to the petitioner comp\ring with the provisions of the Act, 1908 as well as the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. It will be open to the Registering Authority to refuse the document presented before him, if he has any objection, by duly asslgnlng reasons 1n support of such decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioner to get the subject document registered. There shall be no order as to costs
