2. .Learned counsel appearing for the unoffrcial respondents has h1ed.a orpy of the impugned order to demonstrate ttrat tJ:e respondents No.2 to 6 were appointed as Fateh Khawans to peiform the services of Mujawars, only for a period of one year and since the said period is lapsed, ttie cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and has becorne infructuous.

3. In view of the said submission and having perused the interim order, t.ris. Court is satisfied that this writ petition has become infi'uctuous.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed as infruchrous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
