During the pendency of this Appeat, both the parties reported that they mutualty entered into d cornprorTlise and settted the matter. As per the setttement, the Appetl,ants/Petitioners have agreed to receive an amount of Rs.17,25,000/- (Rupees Seventeen takhs twenty-five thousand onty) towards futt and finatsettlement of their ctaim in addition to the amount atready deposited and the rnsurance Company has agreed to pay the same towards futt and finat setttement of the ctaim. Accordingty,,compromise is recorded and the Award is passed before the l-ok Adatat. ln view of the above said setttement, the lnsurance Company has agreed to deposit the above said amount within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Award, after deducting the amount that was deposited, if any. ln the event of defautt or detay in making such deposit, the ctaimants/Appettants are entitted to claim interest as awarded by the Tribunat. The apportionment among the Respondent / Petitioner /Claimant Nos.l to 4 shatl be made as per the apportionment determined by the Tribunat in M.V.O.P.No.177 of 7022.
