The ca:;r3 cf .'he petitioners, in brief, is that respondent \0,;.3 to 5 are calling thr: pt, roners to the police station without an1, varlid reason and harassing l.he-n thereby interfering with the personal life and liiterty of the petitioners an', :lso day to day employment.activity of the pet tioners, which action of :l- e respondents-authorities it is contenoe,l as highly illegal, arbitrarlr a.r contrary to Articles 74 and 2l of the Constitrrtion of India.

Per contra, l:arned Government pleader for Home appea.ing on behalf of respr)nd,,ir t Nos.1 to 6 while denying the writ avernrentl, would submit that thr: 8: espondent herein had approached the authorit es and 2 lodged a complaint against the 7h respondent and the petitioners herein and based on the compraint made by the grh respondent, the authorities have registered a case, videCrime No.26B of 2025 d1.26.04.2025, wherein the petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3 respectively and the 7th respondent is arrayed as accused No.1.

Learned Government pleader further submits that the respondents_ authorities for the purpose of investigation into the aforesaid crime have called the petitioners to the police station, and except causing investigation into the aforesaid crime registered, the authorities are not interfering with the personal life or day to day employment of the petitioners.

6. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6 is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submission made, and it is now informed to this Court of a case, videCrime No.26B of 2025 having been registered on 26.04.2025, wherein the petitioners are arrayed as accused, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed to conduct investigation and take action into the aforesaid case registered strictly in accordance with law. B. Subject to above direction, the Writ petition is disposed of NO order as to costs. 3
