Today, learned counsel for the appellant has handed over two DemandDraftsworthofRs.20,00,000/-ie'DemandDraftNo10256' dated 23.09.2 O25, for an amount of Rs'3,00,000/- and Demand Draft No.10246, dated 20.09.2O25, for an amount of Rs'17,00,00O/- drawn on Axis Bank, to the respondent in the presence of learned counsel for the respondent.
