4. Smt. Ambu Bai challenged thc mutation before the RDO, Adilabad, which, v'de Eproceedinq No. Cl34SlZol7, dated 24/o2l\o15, cancelled the pattas and restored the lands to her nam'e. Upon her demisc, the First Partres were retorded as her legal lheirs. 5 ;!The Seqdnd parties filed Revision Petitron D/1382/2018 before the loint Cotiector, Adiiabad, and obtained a stay on Lao/o8l2a',9. oa c5lo9l2o25, the Joint Collecbor Eallowed the Revision and directed for rcsiofation of revenue entries of the lands in favour of the Second Parties. This was challenged in w.P.No.16B46/2C20 before the ! Hon'ble High Court of Telangana by the First Party-
