Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent herein i.e., Station House officer, Jaffargadh Police Station in calling the Petitioners to the police station at the behest of the Respondents 4 and 5 and threatening to settle the disputes, in spite of the compromise decree daled 14-08-2024 in O.S No. 497 of 2022 on file of the Honourable Principal Junior Civil Judge at Jangaon, in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac. 7-33 1/2 guntas covered by survey numbers 32lC ( Ac 2-02 gts), 4't lB ( Ac 3-33 gts), 60/4/1 (Ac 0-35 gts), 1 1 9/A (Ac 0-24 gts), 4otBt1 (Ac O-15 1t2 gts) and 1511211 ( Ac 0-04 gts) and Ac. 2-30 guntas covered by survey numbers 32lD ( Ac 1-01 gts), 321N1 ( Ac 1.01 gts) and 119lBh (Ac 0-28 gts) situated at Sagaram village, Zatfargadh Mandal, Jangaon District is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of lndia and consequenfly direct the Respondent No.2 i.e., Station House officer, Jaffargadh police Station, not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioners herein and Respondents 4 and 5 in any manner. lA NO: I OF 2025 Petition under Section 15 1 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High court may be pleased to direct the Respondents No. 2 herein not to interfere with the civil disputes in any manner in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac. 7-33 1/2 guntas covered by survey numbers 32lC ( Ac 2-02 gts), 41tB (Ac 3-33 gts), 60/4/1 (Ac O-3S gts), 119/A (Ac 0_ 24 gts), 140lBl1 (Ac 0-15 1/2 gts) and 1|1l2t1 ( Ac 0-04 gts) and Ac. 2_30 guntas covered by survey numbers 32lD ( Ac 1-01 gts), 32tN1 ( Ac 1.01 gts) and 119tBt1 (Ac 0-28 gts) situated at sagaram vilrage, Jaffargadh Mandal, Jangaon District, pending disposal of the above writ petition. VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No.13646 of 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel For the petitioners, Iearned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.l to 3, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at the admission stage.
2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of ,s involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos.4 and 5 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.
3. The case of the petitioners, in brief, is that there existed civil dispute between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents herein, whfch was the subject matter of suit, vide O.S.No.497 of 2022; that the said civil dispute has been compromised between the parties, which has been duly recorded by the competent Couft of Civil jurisdiction by its order dt.14.08.2024; and that in spite of compromise being arrived at between the parties, the 2nd respondent is calling the petitioners to police station i \ and threatening them to settle the non-exiting civil dispute, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary. { / 2

Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that no complaint has been received against the petitioners herein as of date, and as such, the claim of the petitioners of the respondents involving in civil dispute or threatening to settle the civil dispute is factually incorrect and that the respondents-authorities are not calling the petitioners to the police station nor threatening them to settle the civil dispute.
5. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Home is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submission, and taking note of the fact that as of date no case is registered against the petitioners, this Court is of the view that the respondents-authorities are to be directed not to interfere with the personal life and liberty of the petitioners as well as in the civil dispute if any between the petitioners and the unolficial respondents, except in accordance with law.
7. Subject to above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. B. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. SD/- SRI P.
