2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission sLage. It is stated that petitioner is the absolute owner and 3. possessor of the land admeasuring Ac. 1.37 guntas in Sy.No.618 (old Sy.No.213/E) situated at Laxmanpur Village, Muduchinthalapally Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, having purchased the same through registered sale deed bearing 2 document Nr.li irlT of 2or9, d.ated, 26.06.2019. In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to make appropriate online apprication in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web portal, seeking correction of entries in the ' revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of subject lands. In the event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fulfifls all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 1 of 2O2S and [he Rules made thereunder, the respondent-authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioner. In any event, if the apptication of the petitioner does not fulfill the requirements of the Act r of 2o2s and the Rures made thereunder, the respondent_authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (O3) months from the date of receipt of the application. 6 With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of There shall be no order as to costs As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
