BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 13591 of 2O2s ORDER: It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor sltuated at Mandal, of the land admeasuring Ac.0.36 guntas in Sy.No. 14, Bowrampet Village, Gandimaisamma Dundigal Medchal-Malkajgiri District, having purchased the same through registered sale deed bearing document No.6g of 2022, dated 28.01.2022. It is further stated that the name of the petitioner was mutated in all the revenue records and he was issued pattadar passbook bearing No-T06o4oo6o749 uide Khata No.6O21O under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short ,.the Act 9 of 2o2o"r. Subsequently, he had obtained permrssion for conversion of the land from agricultural to non_agncultural purpose uide proceedings No.22OO 60g34Z, dated 78.06.2022. It is further stated that, when the petitioner had approached the concerned authorities for grant of building permission, the respondent authorities have interfered with the petitioner,s land and objected him not to proceed with the construction stating that the aforesaid land is a Government land and Sy.No.l4 is not being reflected in Bhu Bharati portal. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh application under the provisions of the Bhu Bharati Act and the Rules made thereunder within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the event of such application being submitted by the petitioner, Lhe respondent authorities shal consider the case of the petitioner for correction of the revenue entries. In any evenl. it the petitioner does not comply with rhe requirements of the provisions of the Bhu Bharati Act and the Rules made thereunder, pass a reasoned order and communicate the reasons thereon to the petitioner, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of petitioner's application. 5. With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
