Further case is that the respondent authorities, for the purpose of constructions of CC walls/Diaphragm wall to the rivcr Munneru on thc right anrl left sicle flanks between Poiepalli and Prakash Nagar, within thc limits of Khammam Municipal corporatiory are trying to acquire their properties, and the respondent authorities, without initiating proceedi.gs undcr the provisions of the Land Acquisitiora Rehabilitation ancl Resettlement Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred as 'the Act, 2013') and without paying compensation to the petitioners are trying to demolish thc peLitioners house structures boundaries and are hying to level the petiiioncrs lant{s/ properties with JCB,s and bulldozers. Thereafter, the petitioner s on 24.04.2025 rnade detailed representations and requested rcspondcnt authorities not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject properties, without following due procedure as contemplated under the Act, 2073.
