Questioning inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the petitioner's objection application dated 24.12.2024 Lo the Gazette Notihcation bearing Gazette No.MMD-08, dated 24.1O.2024 vide LAO No.C/97lThurnkontal2024 vide File No.G2l78l /2024/Thumkunta, issued by the respondent No.4, with respect to the House No.4-68/ 1, in Sy.No.S7, admeasuring Ac. 1.05 gts., situated at Thumkunta village and Gram Panchayat, Shameerpet Mandal, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3. Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, the lcarned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated
