2. Petitioners are six (6) in number. They are residents of Nagarjuna Nagar Colony, Kushaiguda, Kapra Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. lt is their allegation that respondent No.10 society established respondent No.9 school and they are situated in the very same colony. Respondent Nos.9 and l0 have not obtained No Objection Certificate from the Departments concerned to run the school. Therefore, petitioners have submitted representations dated 04.07.2023 and 02.02.2024 to respondent No.5 with a request to take action against respondent Nos.9 and l0 in terms of Sections 20 ) and 2l of the Telangana Education Act, 1982 (for short, 'the Act'). Despite receiving and acknowledging the said representations, 5'h respondent did not act upon the same. 2 (L, J r' ) lic 13637 of2025 Aggrier,,ed l,l, the said inaction of 5th respondent., p<,titioners filed the pro j,)nt Writ Petition.
