3. Brief facts in this writ petition are that the respondent authorities had acquired tl're petitioners' propcrtics situated at Usirikapally Village for the purpose of Singoor Project. 'l'hcrcafter, respondent authorities under Section 4(1) of thc Land r\ccluisition Act, issuecl notification dated 16.04.1987 and 2 subsequcntly, an A\,\,ard datecl 31.10.1988 r,t,as passed, fixing the tnarket valuc of the land at Rs.6/- per Sq.mcter. Aggrievctl by tt-re alvalti clated 31.10.1988, petitioners made epPlications undcr Section 18 of the Lan,-l Acquisition Act and the matter \^,as referred to Civil Court autl nutnbcretl as [..A.O P.No.3 of

Learncd counsel for the petitioners subrnits that inspite of the Judgmcnt and Decree dak-'d 26.11.2019 in L.A.O-P.No.3 of 2001, thc respondent authorities have rot depositecl decretal amount till toclav ancl pray this Court to dircct thc rcspondent authoritics hercin to cleposit tlccrctal amount in -- i-.= 3 E.P.No.31 of 2024 in L.A.O.P.No.3 oI 2001, on thc file of the Scnior Civil Judge Sangareddy, in a time bound period.
6. Learned Assistant Covcrnmcnt Pleader appearing for respondents submits that appropriate orders be passed in this writ petition.
