Brief facts in this writ potiLion arc th.rt Lhe rcspondent authorities had acquired the pctitioncrs' lanrl lor the purpose of excavation of canal distributor system from lnukonda Balancing Rcsen,oir. Thereafter, respondent authorities under Section 4(1) of the Lanrl Acquisition Act, issued draft notification clated 15.07.2010 and subsecluently, an Awarcl dated 13.04.2012 was passed, fixing the rnarket value at Rs.45,000/- per acre. Aggrieved by the award clated 13.04.201,2, petitioner maclc apprlication under Section 18 of the 2 .-I Land Acquisition Act a.c1 the sarne r,r,as nurnbered as I-.A.o.p.No.29, of 2015. The Principal Senior Civil Judge at Warnaparthy, .rrle Judgme,t ancl Dccree dated 07.08.2023, c^hanced the compensation.
