This writ petition is hled seeking following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accomparying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon,ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriaie writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.4 & 5 in non considering the ApPlication for Appeals on Demarcation through vide No.AOD0225OOO69795, dated: O5.O3.2025 and non-conducting the survey and demarcation on the agriculture land of the Petitioner to an extent of land Ac.1.O0 Gts in Survey No.54/Aa1, land to an extent of AcO39 Gts in Suwey No'54/Ee3, land to an extent of Ac.o.34 Gts in Survey No.55/E3 which is situated at Kothulapuram Village, Narayanapur Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District totaling to an extent of Ac.2-33 Gts and non-initiating to hx the boundaries to the Petitioner land is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 15, 2I and 3OO-A of constitution of India and also violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 to consider the online Application for Appeals on Demarcation through vide No.AODO22500069795, dated: O5 03 2025 and toconductthesurveyanddemarcationandlrxtheboundariestotheagricultureland of the petitioner to an extent of'lc.Z.ZZ Gts in Survey Nos.54/Aa1, 54/Ee3 and 55/E3 which is situated at Kothulapuram village, Narayanapur Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'lc1e Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of .. alricultural land admeasuring Acs' 2.33 guntas in Survey Nos'54/Aa1, 5+7eeS and 55/E3, situated at Kothulapuram Village, Narayanapur Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District (for short, 'the subject land') and his name is recorded as pattadar in all the revenue records and the revenue authorities also issued e-pattadar passbook No.T3O1 1OO4O106 uide Kk.ata No.219 in his faVour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Nct, 2O2O. Learned Assistant Government further submits that if the petitioner files F-Line application and the said application complies with all the requirements of the said circulars, the rebpondent authorities will consider the same.

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to make F-Line application, duly enclosing the documents and land particulars, which are necessary for conducting survey and in the event of such an appiication being submitted by the petitioner and if the petitioner fulhls all the requirements mentioned in the circulars issued by the commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records from time to time, respondent No'5 shall conduct the survey, after issuing notices to all the persons interested and adjacent pattadars and after considering their objections, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the application'
