It is the case of the petitioner that he belongs to Scheduled Caste community (Mala) and he possesses a valid caste certificate issued on 01.09.1990, and later he applied for renewal of his caste certificate. The petitioner further states that he lodged a police complaint against three persons namely, Kudumula Satyanarayana, Nayani Sairam and Vidya Ravi before the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Yellareddy, Kamareddy District, and 1 I 2 pursuant thereto, the police registered an FIR No.1il8 of :)018 dated 07 .I2.2OL8 against the said three accused. Duri::tg the course of investigation, the Investigation Officer addresse,d a letter vide Lr.No.E/3!)1/2019, dated 31.01.2019 to respondent No.3 mentioning hls caste as BC(c) converted Christlan from SC (Mala), therefore petitioner submltted representation dr,rted !14.03.2019 before the MRO requesting to issue caste certiltcater as SC) (Mala). It is the case of the petitioner that without conducr.tng enquiry and without issurng notice 3.d respondent declared zrs he belot-tgs to BC(c) converted Christian from SC (Mala), which ,he action of the

Learned Government Pleader for Social Welf:rre appearing for respondents placed instructions dated 25.07 .2019 of r:espondent No.3 wherein rt is stated that the Sub Divisionrrl Pol-ice Officer, Yellareddy has requested to furnish the caste particulars of the petitioner vide letter dated 09.12.2018 and on enq,lipy it was found that the petitioner previously applied for caste certilicate under BC- C (Converted Christian). On verification responrlent No.3 issued BC-C certilicate vide Cast Certificate No.A5/2181,i 2001 and based on the sai<1 certificate, the petitioner contested as iVard rnember for 3 the ward No XIII in 2001 under Grama Panchayath BC category I loca1 body election in Yellareddy and was elected, and once again he contested in local body electing in 2006 in ward No. XVII under BC category, and was elected as ward member based on the previous issued certificate and on loca1 enquiry it was reported to Sub Divisional Police Ofhcer, Yellareddy thal the petitioner belongs to BC-C (Converted Christian). A copy of the G.P Wards and Reservations Information for the year 2OO 1 and 2OO6 is enclosed with the said instructions.

5. In view of the same, the writ pelilion filed is devoid of merits and is dismissed, accordingly.
