It is specific case of the petitioners that the petitioners 3. were appointed as deputy jailors through the recruitment notification vide RC No. 165/R&T/Genl.1/2008 dated 06'06.2008. Thereafter unofficial respondents 6 to 10 were suspended from the post of sub-inspector of police (Civil) on the ground of fraud and impersonation and disciplinary proceedings were initiated against them, however, the same disciplinary proceedings are still pending et the initial stage itself. It is the specific case of the petitioners that they are the next meritorious candidates, if the unofficial respondent Nos.6 to 10 candidatures are cancelled, the petitioner''s herein would be eligible for the post of Sub inspector oF police (Civil). The petitioners have made representation to disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings, however, the said representations were rejected. Agg.ieved by the same, the petitioners preferred this writ petition. 4, The limited relief sought for by the petitioners in the present Writ Petition is a direction to the official respondents herein to conclude the disciplinary \ ,// -7 SN, J proceedings initiated against the Unofficial respondent Nos. 6 to 10 against whom the disciplinary proceedings had been initiated vide proceedings R.O.N 0.630/2OLg, . RO.No.97lDL-5/HR/2OL1-13, dated 01.O8.2013 of the Deputy Inspector General of police, Hyderabad Range, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners had been denied promotions to the post of Sub fnspector of police (Civil) as per their eligibility due to inaction of the respondents in concluding the disciplinary proceedings against the unofficial respondent Nos. 6 to 1O herein and continuing them under suspension pending disciplinary proceedings initiated against them in October, 2Ol3 on charges of securing selection through malpractice and impersonation on the ground of pending criminal case, thereby denying the petitioners' tegitimate right to be considered to the post of Sub Inspector of police (Civil) as per petitioners, merit since the petitioners are next meritorious candidates in the setection held under notification \ ,1 5SN. Learned Government Pleader for Services (Home) appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 submits that the grievance of the petitioners had been reported to the official respondents way back in the year 2017 and at this stage, the present relief as sought for by the petitioners in the present Writ Petition cannot be granted unless the petitioners put-forth their grievance afresh again in fresh representations to the official respondents. 7 Learned counse! appearing on behalf of the petitioners does not dispute the said submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Services (Home) appearing on behalf of the respondents. a.
