No. 619 of 2022 on the file of the learned V Addition'bl Judicial tr/agistrate of First Class -cum- V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar
2. The petitioner is sole accused in the Calendar Case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 42Q,465, 468, 471, 506 of the lndian Penal Code, '1860
3. Heard [\4r. Racha Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner, [/r.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing respondent No.1-State and [/r. J. Mallikarjun, learned counsel for respondent No.2l de-facto complainant

Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, respondent No.2/de-facfo complainant filed l.A.Nos 1 and 2 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise 2 \7R/ 1-1.Nr-,. / anC 2 of 2025 in/ a Cri P Na 5979 of2025 and by recording the settlement to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C. No. 619 of 2022
5. This Court vide oder daled 29.04.2025 referrerl the parties to the High Court Legal Services Committee for identification and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the settlement. The Secretar'/, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report dated 03.C5.2025 stating that the parties 'were identified by their respective coL nsel and also on verification of Aadhar Cards/ldentity Cards and the enquiries revealed that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlemenVcom prom ise.
6. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the rnaterials on record

Having considered the allegations, the nature cf charged offences and taking into account the amicable settlement betwr:en the parties and to restore peace among them, in the light of the drctunrs in Gian Singh v. State of Punjab and anotherl and Anil Mishra v. Srlafe of lJ.P.2; State of Madhya Pradesh v. Laxmi Narayan and others3, this Court is of the considered view that quashment of the impugned pror:eedings in view of | 2012 (10) SCO 303 ' zoz+ Ittsc 189 ' zots 1s; scc eaa N'/X,/ I.A.Nor / azd 2 aJ 2025 tu/ and Crl.P.N,t. 5979 o[ 2025 the settlement by exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.1528 of BNSS, 2023, would be in the interest of justice
8. Accordingly, l.A.Nos. 1 and2 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, all proceedings in C.C. No.619 of 2022 on the file of the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class -cum- V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L B.Nagar, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused.
