2. Two complaints were filed alleging that the petitioner had threatened the de facto complainants and demanded money for the purpose of withdrawing the complaints earlier filed by the petitioner against the de facto complainants in both the cases.

3. It is apparent that the de facto complainants and the petitioner are at logger heads ald cases are pending against one another. In view of the same, the Police are directed not to arrest the petitioner and keeping in view of the disputes between the parties, the Investigating Officer shall conclude the investigation.
