2. The present Appeal is filed chaltenging the iudgment and decree dated 03.04'2024 in O'S'No'4 of 2015 passed by the I Additional District Judge at Kamareddy' r'vhere trnder and whereby the suit filed by the plaintiff for specific performance of agreement of sale dated 17.1"1.20L4 was decreed'
