BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13 2O8 of 2O2s ORDER It is stated that thc petitioner, along with one Nitesh Agan,'al, Smt. Scem:: Gupta and Smt.Neha Gupta are the absolute c$-ners ar-rd possessors of the land admeasuring Acs.2.3Z guntas in Sy.No.1OO/ 1/ 1; Acs.9. t9 guntas in Sy.No.1O1;Acs. 1O.26 guntas in Sy.No.102 and Acs.s.21 guntas in Sy.No.109, situated at Medikonda Village, Medipally. puclur Manclal, Vikarabad District, having purchased the same through registered sale deed bearing document No.3546 of 2O 18, dateci 07 .Oa.2O7g. They also owned and possessed the la.d adme:isuri.g Acs.44-29 guntas situated in the same vill:rge, having purchased the same through registered sale deed bearing document Nos.3545, 3546, 3547,3544 and 4331 of 2018. It is llrther stated that the names of the petitioner,s venciors and tl-reir predecessors-in-title have been mutated in all the revenue recorcls and thev rvere issued pattadar passbooks. It is further stated that respondent No.1O, in collusion with the revenue officials, had created bogus sale deeds and manipulated the revenue records and sold away the land admeasuring '" *f,cs 1o 26 guntas in Sy.No.1o2 in favour of respondent Nos.11 2 CVBR, J Wp 13208 of2025 to 19. Therefore, he made representations, dated 21 O5 2021' 22.O5.2O22 and 03.06.2022 seeking to conduct enquiry with regard to the fraucl being played by the unofficial respondenls' The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receipt of the said representations, the respond'ent aulhorities did not consider the same.

Lcarned Assistant Govcrnment pleader for Revenue has submitted that the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O has been repealed and replaced by the Telrrngana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short "the Act 1o1 2025,,) and Rules were also made r,,lde G.O.Ms.No.39, Revenue (Land Administration_I) Department, dated 74.O4.2025 and if the petitioner submits online application in the prescribed format rn Bhu Bharati web portal ancl if the said application complies rvith all the requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder. the respondent authonties will consider the same.

In vir:q' ol the above submissions, thrs approprlate to dispose this writ petition Court deems it permitting the petitioner to make an appropriate online application in the prescribecl lbrmat in Bhu Rharati portal seekrng for correction of the entries, rvhich ll,ere mentioned excessively in Dharani portal. In rhe event of such application being made by the pctitioncr, the respondent authorities shall examine the case of the petitioner correlating u,rth the cxtents macle in Sethv.ar, Khasra Pahani and Resurvey Settlement Register and carryout necessary corrections in the revenue records to the actual I I \ I 1 4 CVI]R, J Wp 13208 o1202-5 extents available in Sy.No.102 and its sub-divisions.
