1. THE HON'BLE SRI WSTICE PULLA KARTHIK W.P.No. 13331of 2o.25 ORDER: With the consent of both the parties, this -writ petition is taken up for disposa-l at the stage of admission.

2. The writ petition is hled with the following prayer: "To issue writ, order or direction more parlicularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declanng inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in considering the representations of the petitioners dated 19.4.2C25 and proceeding to allot contract to life pond ash, fly ash and bottom ash to third parties, is highly il1ega1, arbitrary and in violation of G.O.Ms.No.S9 and Article 14 of the Constitution of India, consequently to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 79-4.2025, in accordance with lav/'.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the lrnarrcial year 2023-24 and 2024-25, petitioners were granted by the , t respondent Corporation for lifting Pond Ash from V and VI stages of 2 KTPS. Whiie sr>, now the respondent Corporation is proceeding to award contract tr third parties. Therefore, petitior-rers have made a representatio.l to the respondent No.2 on 19.4.2Ct25, r'er:.tilating their grievarces.
