BHASKAR REDDY ORDER: WRIT PETITION No.13245 of 2o25 It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.l.03 guntas in Sy.No.55/A1, situated at Jukal Village, Narayanakhed Mandal, Sangareddy District. It is further stated that, out of the said land, an extent of Ac.o. 15 guntas was acquired for construction of crematorium and dumping yard and Ac.O.2g guntas was acquired for iaying road from Chandapur to Jukal. In lieu of the said land, respondent Nos.3 to 5 allotted Government land to an extent of Acs.2.OO guntas in Sy.No.2g/ 1 of Jukal Village and handed over the possession of the same to the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner had developed the said land by digging bore well and cultivating the same. It is further stated that, as the name of the petitioner was not entered in the revenue records and she was not issued pattadar pass book, she made several representations to the respondent authorities. Acfing on the representation made by the petitioner, respondent No.3 sent a proposal to respondent No.2 uide Lt.No.E2/1539 /2O2O, dated, 21.06.2023 for allotment of Government l,and to an extent of Acs.2.OO guntas in Sy.No.28/ 1 of Jukal Village. Thereafter, respondent No.2 uide letter, dated 0S.08.2023 directed
