Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is seen that the petitioner has not pursued the remedy of appeal provided against the impugned order under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Petitioners’ counsel says that papers may be returned for pursuing the remedy.

Hence, the Registry shall return the papers under proper acknowledgment to the counsel for presentation of the matter before the proper Court.
