Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and \,\rith their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage' It is stated that the petitioner's father-in-law purchased the 3. agricultural Iand to arr extent of Acs'2.2O guntas in Sy'No' 131/E3' situated at Manmari Village, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the year 1965 under the Sada Bainama, the tIA: I I 2 authorities rnu.-ilted his name in the revenue records ard issued pattadar passL,ook. Therefore, the pet Ltioner is not entitled for classification of t.;re lald as Patta Lartcls. J .

Considering the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the petitioner is permitted to make an application in Bhu Bharati portal in terms of The Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2024. In the event of such application has been submitted by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to veri$z the revenue records and nature of the land, its classification and if the lands claimed by the petitioners forming part of sy.No. 131/E3 to an extent of Acs.2.20 is a Patta land, issue pattadar passbook classifying the land as patta land and if the said land is Ceiling land, as per the sections of 13 and 14 of The Agricultural Ceiling Act, l9Z2 classify the land in patta passbook as ce ing Land in accordance with the provisions of said Act within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application.T 6 With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of.
