Heard learned counsel for the petihoners.and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for respondent No.1, Sri.Mohd Naveed khan, learned Assistant Government for Finance and Planning appearing for respondent No.2 and 'Sri.Somu Srinivas Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 5. With the consent of the par:ties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at thc admission stage itself.

This writ petition is filed seeking following prayer: "to declare the actiott of lhe Respondents in not depositing compensation amounts to the Petitioners as per ludgment and Decree tn L.A.O.P No.2 of 2023 dated 15.03.2024 tnd EP No.14 of 2024 on the file of tlte Addiliorml Senior Ciztil Judge at logulamba GadtoaL ns arbitrary, illegal and in oiolation of Article 300A of the Constitution of lndia and consatytently direct the Respondtnts No.1 to 5 htrein to deposit the decreefal qmounts ns per the ludgment nnd decree in L.A.O.P No.2 of 2023 dated 15.03.2024 nnd EP No.14 of 2024."
3. Brief facts in this writ petition are that the respondent authorities had acquired the petitioners' lancl for the purpose of Ryalampadu Balancing Reservoir. Thereafter, respon<lent authorities under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, issued draft notification dated 03.03.2013 and subsequently, an Award bearing No.31 of 2013 dated 14.12.2013 was passed, fixing the compensation toRs.70,476/- per acre for dry lands and Rs.85,476 per acre for ID lands. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inspite of the intedm order dated 22.1,0.2024 in I.A.No.2 of 2024 in L.A.A.S.No.72 ol 2024, the respondent authorities have not deposited 50% the decreetal amount till today and pray this Court to direct the respondent authorities herein to deposit the decreetal amount in E.P.No.14 of 2024in L.A.O.P.No.2 of 2023 onthe file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Gadwal, in a time bound period.
7. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that appropriate orders bc passecl in this writ petition.

Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side and in terms of the order dated 24.04.2025 passed in W.P.No.12425 o12025, this writ petition is disposed of dirccting the respondent authoriiies to deposit 50% of decreetal amount in terms of the order dated 22.10.2024 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2024 in L.A.A.S.No.72 of 2024, to the credit of E.P No.14 of 2024 in L.A.O.P.No.2 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Gadwal, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of tlts order and communicate the same to the petitioners. 4
