It is stated that petitioner is the pattadar and possessor of dry agricultural land admeasuring Acs. 0.35 guntas in Survey No.196/AA, situated at Yenkapally Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the subject landJ and he was issued o1d pattadar passbook and title deed under the provisions of the Telalgana State Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, rgzr- It is further stated that the nature of subject lands were classified as non-agricultural lands in terms of G.o.Ms.No.1r 1 dated 08.03.1996. It is the case of the petitioner that before notifying the said lands, no notice of whatsoever has been issued to him and seeking deletion of the said rands as non-agriculturar lands and prohibited for transactions in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 111 clated Og.03.1996, he submitted representation dated 02.o4.2025 to the Sth respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receipt of representation dated O2.O4 .2025, tlll * \w 2 CVBR, J W.P.i{o.12984 of 2O25 date, no orders have lreen passed by the 5ft respondent. Learned :ounsel for the petitioner contended t-L at petitioner never made any aOpli:ation seeking for conversion of the agrt:ultural land to non-agricultural pu-rose and as on the date, the natrrre of lands are agricultural 1ands,. The 1c'L:'ned Assistant Government Pleade for Rcvenue appearing for respor clents has submilted that Telangana Right; in Land and Pattadar Passbook: Act, 2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O") has been repealed and rr:pla::r:d rvith Telangana Bhu Bharati (Rer:r rd of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 'kt' short "the Act 1 of 2025"\ and if the ;re trt oner submits online applicatiorL ir the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati !/elr Portal and if the same fulfills a1i the requirements of the Act 7 of 2O2:t and the Rules made thereunder', r.lre respondent authorities will consid'rr the same, in accordance with lav'.

In vier,, cl the above submissions, this Court u'i ,h< ut expressing any opinion on thc right and entitiement of the petitioner, rir ce it is stated WP.No. 12984 of 2O2i that the petitioner has submitted representation dated O2.O4.2O25 to the respondent No.S, ends of justice would be met if the respondents are directed to consider the said representation, in accorda,ce with law. If the said application is not considered as on the date of this order, the petitioner is permitted to make appropriate online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati web Portal, seeking correction of entries in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks in.respect of subject lands. In the event of such apprication being made by the petitioner and if the same fulfills all the requirements under the provisions of the Act 7 0f 2025and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent_authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioner. In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fulfilr the requirements of the Act 7 0f 2025and the Rures made thereunder, the respondent_authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be compreted within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application. 7 With the above observations, the Writ petition is disposed of.
