Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pelitionc,r is the owner and possessor of H.No.3-9-56l4lF, Sharada Nagar, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad and he made a representation to respondent No.4 on 1O.O2.2O25 stating that due to dilapiclated condition, he intends to demolish his house and therefore seeks disconnection of the power connection.
