The writ petition is frled with the following prayer: "To issue an approprlate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not receiving the applicatron and not releasing the power supply to the petitioner property bearing Plot No 42 (South Eastern Part) admeasuring 258.25 sq.yards (out of 1033 sq'yards) in part of Survey No'11/3' situated at Khanamet village, Serilingampally Mandal' Ranga Reddy district as illegal' null and void, arbitrary ard consequently direct the respondents to release the being influenced by the instructions of the Sth power suPPlY without respondent'.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner' learned Government Pleader for Enerry for respondent No'1' Sri N'sreedhar Reddy' learned Standing Cormsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos'2 to 4 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.5 and perused the record' 4. Today, when the matter is taken up' it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue raised in the present , i 2 -}. writ petition is squarely covered by the order of ahis Court in W.P.No.326 14 cf 12015 dated 18. 12.2OlS and requestecl this Court to pass similar or<lr,r' in the present writ petition also. The same is not seriously disputerl by the learned Government pleader. as well as learned Stalding (lounsel for the respondents.

In view of th. above submissions and for the reasonr; a-like in the order of this Courr in W.P.No.32614 2OIS dated 18. 12.2OlS, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a, online application seelling electricity service connection to the petitioner property bearing Plot No.42 (South Eastern part) admeasuring 25g.25 sq.yards (out of 1C33 sq.yards) in part of Survey No. 11/3, situated at Khanamet village , Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Rectdy district, Telangana state, \vithin a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such_ an application. respondent Nos.2 to 4 are dire<:ted to consider the said application of the petitioner for release of the ,3lectricity power supply to the petitior er,s subject property within zL period of two weeks thereafter. It is however observed that if l'espondent Nos.2 to 4 pass orders on petitioner,s application granting release of the electricity power suoply to the petitioner's subject property, the same shalr be subjecl to further 3 direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Hon,ble Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.9.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.Z14OZ of 200g and batch.
