Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition declaring the action of the respondent No.2_District Registrar in not considering the Appeal dated 09.05 .2023 filed against the impugned refusa-l order passed in File No.97/DB/2O23 dated 27.02.2023 passed by the respondent No.3 in respect of the subject property as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Stamps and Registration submits that the respondent No.2_ District Registrar will consider the appea_l filed by the petitioner on 09.05.2023 in accordance with law in due course. I 2 SK, J wP_1295t-2025

In view of the above said submission made by the Iearned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the appeal dated O9.05 .2023 filed by the petitioner under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 19O8, against the refusal order passed in File No.97IDB/2O23 dated 27.02.2023 passed by the respondent No.3 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight (O8) weeks lrom the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly putting all the parties concerned on notice and affording aIt opportunity of personal hearing to them.
