BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.128O3 of2o25 ORDER: This writ petition is liled seeking to declare the action of the respondent authorities in rejecting the applicalion No.25000O1004, dated 06.01.2025 made by the petitioner seeking for data corrections in the Dharani Portal pertaining to t]le missing extent of land admeasuring Ac.0.38 y2 guntas out of Ac.1.37 guntas in Sy.No.976lA situated at Appannapet Village, Peddapalli Mandal and District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequentiy prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.38 % guntas out of Ac.1.37 guntas in Sy.No.976/A situated at Appannapet Village, Peddapalli Mandal and District. The case of the petitioner is that she made an application bearing No. 25OO0010O4, dated O6.01.2O25 before the respondents by enclosing all the relevant documents, requesting for data correction in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.38 72 guntas in Sy.No.976/A and the same was rejected vide order dated 3O.O3.2025 without assigning any reasons. 3. Considered the submissions of Sri C. Hari Preeth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed at the admission stage.
4. This Court has carefully examined the impugned order rejecting the application submitted for data corrections in the Dharani Portai. Except stating that the "grievance rejected", no valid reason whatsoever has been assigned to enable the petitioner to take appropriate action. Since the impugned order is not in consonance with the principles of natural justice, the same is liable to be set aside and accordingly, the same is set aside.

At this stage, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted that Telangana Rights ir-r Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short "the Act 9 ol 2020") has been repealed and replaced with Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short "the Act 1 of 2O25") and if the petitioner submits online application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal and if the same fulfills all the requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made .,' thereunder, the respondent authorities will consider the same, in accordance with iaw.

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to permit the petitioner to make appropriate online ,t ! application in the prescribed format in Bhu Bharati Web Portal, seeking correction of entries and for issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of subject lands. In tl-re event of such application being made by the petitioner and if the same fulfills all the requirements under the provisions of the Act I ol 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the responclent-authorities shall examine and consider the case of the petitioner. In any event, if the application of the petitioner does not fulfill the requirements of the Act 1 of 2025 and the Rules made thereunder, the respondent-authorities shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the application. 7 . With the above observations, this Writ Petition is ailowed. There shail be no order as to costs.
