With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage ilself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2015, dated 18- 72.2015, and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. : i I I I I 2 PK,J !VIr. 12903._2025 The same is rLot seriously disputed by the learncd G:rvernment Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respc ndents.
