BHASKAR REDDY trIRIT PETITION No. 12769 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed seeking to dgclare the action of the respondent No.4 in issuing the impugned Endorsement uide No.B/4OO/2025, dated 28.03.2025, rejecting the online application of the petitioner and not mutating the name of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3.06 gts., in Sy.No.60/A/3 lt / I /t lI, situated at Vittaipalli Viltage, Amanagal Mandal, Rangareddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and prayed for appropriate reiiefs. 2- Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed ofat the admission stage. 3 It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor the agricultural land admeasuring Ac,3.O6 gts., in situated at Vittaipalli Village, Sy.No.6OlA/3 ll/l/111, Amangal Mandal, Rangareddy District. Learned assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the respondent No.4 has examined the application submitted by the petitioner and passed the impugned order as the suit vide O.S.No.1S6 of 2022 instituted by the petitioner,s l c husband for declaration of title in respect of subject property was dismissed.

In view of the above, since it is stated that the suit hled by the petitioner's husband was dismissed wherein, the subject property herein is the suit schedule property, this Court is of the opinion that the impugned Endorsement issued by respondent No.4, does not suffer any legal inhrmities warranting interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, if the appeal suit vide A.S.No.6 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal District Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, is allowed in favour of the petitioner, she is at liberty to make appropriate application seeking correction of entries before the revenue authorities, in accordance with law.
