Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a farmer and for his livelihood he is into sale and supply of livestock tbr the states ofTelangana and Andhra Pradesh as per the requirements. It is further submitted that the then Government of Telangana had introduced a scheme in the name of Sheep Rearing Development Scheme (PROGRAM) (SRDS) for promoting and developing the traditional shepherd cornmunity, the Kurumas and Yadavas in Telangana. \ ? Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Courl deems it fit to permit the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents with regard to payment for 2 units of sheep, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter' the respondents shall consider the said representation and process the payment of 2 units of sheep within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the represenlation from the petitioner' if the petitioner is other-wise eligiblc and the conditions are met' The copy of the proceeding be communicated to the petitioner' 6 With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of' There shall be no order as to costs. 1 .
