Learned r:oun;e[ for the petrtlonol' l,d placed a copy of lett€r bearing Lr.No.85.l/l( 1,,,\lI/2024 dated 23.10.2024, obtained rur<ler RTI Act, whereirr ir :i clearly stated that payment of 0? unit; ,tf .;heep is due to the p,itioner. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court deems it fit to permit the petitioner to rnake a representation to the respondents with regard to payment for 2 units of sheep, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and therealter, the respondents shall consider the said representation and process the payment of 2 units of sheep within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and the conditions are met' The copy of the proceeding be communicated to the petitioner'
