I-earned counsel lol thc petitioner submits that the petitioner is a farmer and for his livelihood he is into sale and supply of livestock fbr the states ol'l'elangana and Andhra Pradesh as per the requirements. tt is further submitted that the then Government of Telangana had introduced a scheme in the name of Sheep Rearing Development Scheme (PROGRAM) (SRDS) for promoting and developing the traditional shepherd colnmunity, the Kurumas and Yadavas in Telangana.

Learned counsel lor the petitioner submitted that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 along rvith their olllcials l-rave approached \l-- --- TMD] wp_12695_2025 2 the petitioner and requested for supply of l9 units of sheep, (one unit consists ol 20 femate sheep and I rnale sheep)' Accordingly, the petitioner supplied the same to respondent Nos'3 and 4 and payment for 17 units of sheep is made and the payment for 2 units of sheep is still due to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the letter bearing petitioner had placed a copy of Lr.No.872lRTllBIll2O24 dated 23.10-2024, obtained under RTI Act, wherein it is clearly stated that payment of 02 units of sheep is due to the petitioner. It is further submitted that in similar circumstances. this Court in W-P'No'25013 of 2024 had directed the respondents therein to consider the representation of the petitioner and process the payment for supply of 44 units of sheep therein expeditiously, preferably within a period of tbur weeks from the date ol receipt of a copy of the order' il the petitioner is otherwise eligible and the conditions are met and is seeking similar in this case as well.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court deems it fit to permit the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents with regard to payment for 2 units of sheep, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the respondents shall consider the said representation and process the payment of 2 units of sheep within a period of four (04) weeks from the date ofreceipt of the representation lrom the petitioner' if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and the conditions are met' The copy of the proceeding be communicated to the petitioner' 6 With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of' There shall be no order as to costs.
