2. Leamed counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a farmer and for his livelihood he is into sale and supply of livestock for the states of Telangana and Andl-rra Pradesh as per the requ irements. It is further submitted that the then Government of Telangana had introduced a scheme in the name of Sheep Rearing Development Scheme (PROGRAM) (SRDS) for promoting and developing the traditional shepherd community, the Kurutnas and Yadavas in Telangana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 along with their officials have approached I \ 2 TMD] wp_12699_2025 the petitioner and requested fbr supply of 2l units of sheep, (one unit consists of 20 fer.nale sheep and 1 male sheep). Accordingly, the petitioner supplicd the same to respondent Nos.3 and 4 and paynrcnt fbr 20 units of sheep is made and the payment tbr 01 unit ol'sheep is still duc to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioncr had placed a copy of lettel bearing Lr.No.834/RTI1BII12024 dated 23.10.2024, obtained under RTI Act, whercin it is clearly stated that payment of 0l unit of sheep is due to the petitioner. lt is further subrnitted that in similar circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.25013 of 2024 had directed the respondents therein to consider the representation of the petitioner and process the payment lbr supply of 44 units of sheep therein expeditiously, prefcrably within a period of four weeks flom the date of receipt of a copy ol the order, if the petitioner is othcrwise eligible and the conditions are met and is seeking sirnilar in.this case as rvell
4. Learned Government Pleader for Animal Husbandary appearing for respondents No. I and 3 arid leamed Govemment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents No.2 and 4, did not dispute the submissions of the petitioncr.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court deems it fit to permit the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents with regard to payment lor 01 unit of sheep, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the respondents shall consider the said representation and process the payrnent of 0l unit of sheep within a period of four (04) weeks from the date ofreceipt of the representation from the pctitioner, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and the conditions arc met. The copy of the proceeding be communicated to the petitroner
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
