3. Learnec counsel for petitioner wouid submit that this petition is filed seeking direct,cn to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take up consequential I I 2 action upon registration of Crime No.660 of 2016 and prays for necessary directions.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the crime No.660 of 2016 was investigated and final repoft was filed on 30.06.2017 endorsing 'false' on the file of Vlll l\Ietropolitan Magistrate, Rajendra Nagar. 5 Having regard to the development reported by the learned Assistant Government Pleader and as the contest of the petitioner has already been addressed and the cause raised in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly. this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
