Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, It:urrrc'd Assistr,rnt Gorrernment Pieader for Stamps and 2 SI(, J wP_r2588_2025 Registration appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.S to 7 and, perused the entire materiai on record, With the consent of both sides. this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admissior.r itself.

3. Learned counsel appearing lor the petitioners submits that in similar matters for same village, this Court passed Orders in W.p.No.3509 1 of 2023, dated o2.ot.2024 and requested to pass similar order in this matter afso_

4. The learned Assistant Government pleader for Stamps and Registration did not dispute the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

In view of the submissions made by the both sides and by following the Orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.35O9 I ol 2023, dated 02.Oi .2024, the u.rrr pcrition is disposed of directing that the Registering Authoritr. ro 3 SI(. J \\11'_ t2588 2025 receive and plocess the subject documents submitted by t1'rc petitioners subject to the petitioners complying with the provisions o1 the Indian Registration Act, 1908, and lndiar-r Stamps Act, 1899, AS expeditiousiy as possible, prel'erably u'ith.in a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also open to the Registering Aurthority to refuse to register the documents by specifically assigning the reasons and communicate the said decision to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
