2. Heard l,:arned counsel for the petitioners ancl learned Assistant c.ve.r.rnent Pleader for Revenue (Land Acquir.;ition) on beh:rlf of rcsponclent Nos.1 to 4, With their consent. this writ petition is taken uLp for disposa.l at the stage of admission.

3. It is ttLe case of petitioners that respondent lIo.3 has acquired their lands for the purpose of construction of rhermal Plant in the year 2022 and possession was also takerr in the sarre year. Respondent No.4 i.e., Tahsildar, Gha_rLapuram Marrdal, JayastLankar Bhupalapaily District uide endcrsement 2 dated 22.10.2024 has clarified that the compensation was not sanctioned for the subject lands and at present the issue is pending before the Lald Acquisition Officer and Revenue Divisional Officer, Bhupalapally. Thereafter, respondent No.4 issued notice in Rc.No.B/l9Ol2O2O dated 28.12.2024 informrng the petitioners to present on 03.01.2025 at 10.00 AM at their Iands and show boundaries and submit the documents in proof of title. The said notice dated 2a.12.2O24 was issued by respondent No.4/Tahsildar basing on the letter issued by respondent No.3/RDO crrm Land Acquisition Officer, hence it shows that respondents have acquired the land of the petitioners in Chelpur Village.

4. The main grievance of the petitioners is that even after 3 years of acquisition of their land, no compensa[ion u,'as paid to them tiIl date. Learned counsel for the petitioner drau's attention of this Court to the petition filed before Land Acquisition Officer/ Revenue Divisional Officer on 24 .12 -2024 rvhich is still pending for consideration and pray this Court to pass appropriate order directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the said petition in a time bound manner. , ; a I l : I I I ! 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader (Land Acquisition) appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to z reports no objection in passing such order.
