Heard Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Government pleader for Energr for respondent No.1; Sri N.sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited, for respondent Nos.2 to 6; and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondent No.7. with their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of this Writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2015, dated 18. 12.2Ot5, and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ petition also. {-'.1 2 PK.J \'p_12405 2025 The same is not seriously disputed by the learned Go'rernment Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel for the resporrdents

18.12.2015, tLiis Writ Petition is disposed of permit ting the petitioners to fiie an online application seeking electricily service connection to the petitioners' subject property i.e., H.No.3-56O/ 1, Plot No.66/Part. in Survey No.80, admeasuring 200 sc. yards., situated at Subhash Chandra Bose Nagar Colony, New I lafeezpet (V), Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District, Telangarra State, within a pcriod of one (1) week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. lJpon receipt of such an application, rer';pondent Nos.2 to 6 are directed to consider the said application of the petitioners fo:: release of the electricit5r power suppll to the petitioners' sr-rbject property within a qeriod of two (1,)) weeks thereafter.
