The writ petition is hled with the lollowing prayer: "To issue writ, order or dircction preferably onc in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondent Nos.2 to 5 in interfering with the lands of the Petitioner to an extcnt of Ac 15.0000 gts in Sy.No.99/2, situated at Passigaon Village of Rebbena Mandal, Kumarambheem-Asifabad district, despite having valid e-Pattadar Passbook number T16110090243 vide Khata No.60142 as arbitrary, illegal and is in sheer violation of principles of natural justice; consequently direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 not to interfere in the said land".

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for respondent Nos.l to 5, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.6 to 11 and perused the record. I I

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject I , matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.72283 of 2O21 dated 6.5.2021 and requested this Court to pass simila-r order in the present writ petition a-lso. The sarne I I 2 is not seriously <lisptLted by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respon dertts.
