VINOD KUMAR Writ P ition No.12920 of 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ Petition is taken up for hearing and drsposal at the admission stage.

2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage and the nature of /s involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent Nos.7 to 11 is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that he is the owner of land admeasuring 220 square yards in Plot N0.131 in Sy.Nos.250 and 251 situated at lanchaitanya Housing Limited, Pedda-Amberpet, Ranga Reddy -between the petitioner and Districq that there arc inter se civil disputes the unofficial respondents in relation to the aforesaid land; and that the 6th respondent is interfering in the civil dispute at the behest of the unofficial respondents, which action of the authorities it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary.

Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 6 while denying the rvrit averments, would -/ 'a{t 2 submit thaqas of date. no case is registered against the petitioner herein for the authorities to either cail the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid crime or to involve themselves in the civil dispute as being claimed by the petitioner. 5' Learned Government preader further submits that the petitioner apprehending that the unofficial respondents may approach the respondents-authorities by rodging a compraint and in order to prevent the authorities from taking action thereagainst, has filed the present Writ Petition. 6 I have taken note of the respective contentrons urged.

Having regard to the submissrons made as above, and taking note of the fact that, as of date no case is regrstered againsi the petitioner and also placing on record the submission made on behalf of the 6th respondent that the said authority is not interfering in the civir dispute, this court is of the view that the respondents are to be directed to foilow due process oflaw in the event of any complaint being lodged against the petitioner in respect of the subject property and undertake investigation into the aforesaid crime stricuy in accordance with raw without invorving themselves in the civil dispute. B Subject to above direction, the Writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs 7- 3
