The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that respondent Nos' 5 to B are interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment over Plot No.692 admeasuring 200 square yards in Sy'No'233/E situated at Theegalaguttapally Village, Arepalli Revenue Village, Karimnagar Rural Mandal, Karimnagar Town and District under the influence of the 4th respondentherein,whichactionoftherespondentsitiscontendedaS highly illegal and arbitrary. l I i 2
