BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12448 of2o25 ORDER: This writ petition is frled seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents in mutating the name of the petitioner in Dharani record by issuing pattadar passbook and title deed in his name in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.33 gts', in Sy.No.757 1112, situated at Vijamoor Village, Chinthapally Mandal, Nalgonda District, as illegal, arbitrary and for other appropriate reliefs.
2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed ofat the admission stage.
3. It is stated that the petitioner is the pattadar and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac. 1 .33 gts', in Sy.No.757 I I /2, situated at Vijamoor Village, Chinthapally Mandal, Nalgonda District, having purchased the same through a registered sale deed bearing document No.21949 of 2019, dated
21.12.2019. It is further stated that the petitioner's vendor name was recorded in the revenue records as pattadar and possessor in respect of land admeasuring Ac.2.27 gts., and out of the same, 2 CVBR, J .r'p 2448_2025 petition€ r hil; purchased an extent of Ac. 1.3Ii gtrj. In view of the above submissions and keeping in view the various policies laid down by the Government for welfare of the I I poor farmers and their entitlement to receive various incentives and as it is condition precedent to produce the pattadar passbooks even for obtaining the loans, this Court, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to examine the application submitted by the petitioner urde No.MU022O01868901, dated 09'03'202O seeking for mutation of the subject property and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook and if the petitioner satisfies all the requirements for issuance of pattadar passbook, consider the same and issue pattadar passbook in. respect of the subject property, in accordance with the provisions of the ROR Act,2O2O or in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act,2025.
7. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
