2. The contempt is filed cornplaining violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.39990 of 2OL4 dated

Taking into consideration the submissions made Uy Uotn the learned counsel on record, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the ccrnpetent authority i'e', ilehabilitation and Resettlenrent Commissioner of * , , -2-,..€-- I I 2 sN,t C.C.No.7747 ol 2025 w.P.No.39990 0f 2o74 the concerned District where the petitioners' subject buildings are situated i.e., house bearing N99'Z-.1- 152 a;d 2-2-153 (Singareni No.705) Yellandu, Khammam District and raise all the pleas as put forth in the present writ petition by way of a detailed representation, within a period of one (01) week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and upon receipt of such representation, the competent authority may consider and dispose of the same, in accordance to law expeditiously. within a period of four weeks thereafter, in conformity with principles of natural justice, in accordance to law and communicate its decision to the petitioners' However. there shall be no order as to costs'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 brings on record Memo in Rc.Ncr.D/3274/2015, dated 22.04'2025 and contends that the orders of this Court dated 22.04.2024 passed in W.P.11o.39990 of 2014 had been duly complied with and the petitirlners were given an opportunity of personal hearing and the decision on the subject issue v'/as communicated to the petitioners through memo dated 22.04.2025 in Rc.No.D/3274/2015, which had even been acknowledged by the petitioners herein, and hence therefore, prays to close the c,rntempt case.
6. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No'4 cont€:nds that the orders of this Court dated 22.04.2024 Y 5 SN,t C.C.No.7747 of 2025 W,P.No.3999O of 2074 passed in W.P.No.39990 of Z0L4 had been duly complied with. Hence, seeks to close the contempt.
7. Taking into consideration : (a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case. (b) The submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 and duly considering the contents of the letter dated OL.O7.2O25 in Rc.No.D/ 3274 12015 and also the Memo dated 22.04.2025 in Rc.No.3274l2OLS issued to the petitioners herein, in compliance to the orders of this Court dated 22.94.2c24 passed in W.p.No.3999O of 2Ot4 and duly bringing the same on record, the contempt is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners to pursue the remedies as avaitabte under law against the proceedings issued to the petitioner in compliance to the directions of this Court.
